This Acceptable Use Policy (“AUP”) explains the activities and uses that are permitted and prohibited when using CUBSYS services, websites, hosting infrastructure, software, and related products.
CUBSYS (“CUBSYS”, “we”, “us”, or “our”) provides AI-powered and AI-assisted website services primarily for small businesses and local service businesses.
This Acceptable Use Policy forms part of the CUBSYS Terms of Service. By using CUBSYS services, you agree to comply with this policy.
1. Purpose of This Policy
CUBSYS is designed to help businesses create, host, maintain, and operate professional websites.
The service should be used responsibly, lawfully, and in a manner that does not harm other users, visitors, CUBSYS infrastructure, third-party services, or the wider internet.
This policy exists to protect customers, website visitors, CUBSYS, and third-party service providers while allowing legitimate businesses to use the platform normally.
2. Lawful Use
You may use CUBSYS only for lawful purposes and in accordance with applicable laws and regulations.
You must not use CUBSYS to create, host, publish, distribute, promote, or facilitate unlawful activities or content.
You are responsible for ensuring that your use of CUBSYS and the content published through your website complies with applicable law.
3. Prohibited Content
You must not use CUBSYS to create, publish, host, or distribute content that:
- Is illegal or facilitates illegal activity.
- Fraudulently impersonates another person, business, or organization.
- Knowingly contains fraudulent or deceptive information.
- Infringes copyrights, trademarks, patents, or other intellectual-property rights.
- Violates another person’s privacy or publicity rights.
- Contains malicious software or harmful code.
- Attempts to compromise the security of another system.
- Facilitates scams, phishing, or fraudulent transactions.
- Promotes unlawful discrimination or harassment.
- Contains content intended to facilitate abuse or exploitation.
- Violates applicable regulations governing your business or industry.
CUBSYS may take action when content presents a reasonable legal, security, fraud, abuse, or safety concern.
4. Fraud, Scams, and Deception
CUBSYS must not be used to operate or promote fraudulent schemes.
Examples include:
- Phishing websites
- Fake businesses
- Fake support websites
- Fraudulent payment pages
- Identity theft schemes
- Fake investment opportunities
- Fake employment opportunities
- Deceptive financial schemes
- Impersonation of legitimate companies or individuals
- Other intentionally deceptive commercial activities
CUBSYS may suspend or terminate accounts reasonably believed to be involved in fraudulent activity.
5. Phishing and Credential Theft
You may not use CUBSYS to create or operate websites designed to obtain passwords, authentication codes, payment credentials, financial information, or other sensitive information through deception.
This includes websites designed to impersonate banks, payment providers, technology companies, government organizations, social networks, businesses, or other legitimate services.
6. Malware and Malicious Code
You may not use CUBSYS to distribute, host, develop, or intentionally facilitate:
- Viruses
- Worms
- Trojan horses
- Ransomware
- Spyware
- Credential-stealing software
- Keyloggers
- Malicious scripts
- Backdoors
- Other intentionally harmful software or code
You must not intentionally introduce malicious code into a CUBSYS website or infrastructure.
7. Security and Unauthorized Access
You must not attempt to gain unauthorized access to:
- CUBSYS accounts
- CUBSYS infrastructure
- Other customer accounts
- Servers
- Databases
- Networks
- APIs
- Third-party systems
You must not attempt to bypass authentication, access controls, security mechanisms, rate limits, or other technical restrictions.
You must not perform unauthorized security testing against CUBSYS infrastructure or another customer’s website.
8. Abuse of Infrastructure
You must not use CUBSYS in a way that intentionally or unreasonably consumes infrastructure resources or interferes with the operation of the service.
This includes:
- Deliberate denial-of-service activity
- Excessive automated requests
- Infrastructure attacks
- Resource exhaustion
- Unauthorized cryptocurrency mining
- Automated abuse of CUBSYS APIs
- Attempts to disrupt other customers’ websites
- Activities designed to degrade service availability
9. Spam
CUBSYS must not be used to operate or facilitate unlawful or abusive spam campaigns.
This includes sending or facilitating unsolicited bulk messages, deceptive marketing communications, phishing messages, or other communications that violate applicable laws or third-party provider policies.
If your website contains contact forms, email functionality, or other communication tools, you are responsible for using those tools lawfully and responsibly.
10. Intellectual Property
You must not use CUBSYS to knowingly infringe the intellectual property rights of another person or organization.
This includes unauthorized use of:
- Copyrighted content
- Trademarks
- Logos
- Photographs
- Videos
- Software
- Written content
- Other protected materials
You are responsible for obtaining appropriate rights and permissions for content you provide to CUBSYS.
11. Personal Information and Privacy
You must not use CUBSYS to unlawfully collect, process, expose, or distribute another person’s personal information.
If your website collects information from visitors, you are responsible for ensuring that your collection and use of that information complies with applicable privacy and data-protection laws.
You should provide appropriate privacy notices and other disclosures where required.
12. Customer Content
You are responsible for the content, information, images, documents, trademarks, logos, and other materials you provide to CUBSYS.
You must ensure that the content you provide:
- Is accurate to the best of your knowledge.
- Does not knowingly violate applicable laws.
- Does not knowingly infringe third-party rights.
- Does not contain malicious code.
- Does not intentionally deceive website visitors.
13. AI-Assisted Website Creation
CUBSYS may use AI-assisted technologies as part of website creation, content generation, design iteration, and production workflows.
Customers must not intentionally provide information to CUBSYS that they are not authorized to use or process.
Customers are responsible for reviewing AI-assisted content before approving their website for publication, particularly business information, claims, prices, legal statements, contact information, and other important information.
AI-generated content must not be used to intentionally create fraudulent, misleading, unlawful, or harmful websites.
14. Regulated or Restricted Activities
Certain businesses, products, services, or activities may be subject to additional legal or payment-provider restrictions.
CUBSYS may restrict or decline to provide services where the requested website or business activity creates significant legal, regulatory, fraud, security, payment-provider, or infrastructure risk.
Where applicable, CUBSYS may also be required to comply with the acceptable-use and prohibited-business requirements of payment providers, hosting providers, infrastructure providers, or other service providers.
15. Illegal Businesses and Activities
CUBSYS may not be used to facilitate businesses or activities that are illegal in the jurisdictions in which they operate.
Customers are responsible for obtaining any licenses, registrations, permits, approvals, or other authorizations required for their business.
CUBSYS does not provide legal, regulatory, financial, medical, or professional compliance advice for your business.
16. Misrepresentation
You must not use CUBSYS to intentionally misrepresent:
- Your identity
- Your business
- Your qualifications
- Your products or services
- Your affiliations
- Your certifications
- Your reviews or testimonials
- Your financial or commercial claims
CUBSYS may request clarification or supporting information where reasonably necessary to investigate potentially deceptive activity.
17. Website Visitor Abuse
Customers must not intentionally configure or use their websites to facilitate attacks, harassment, fraud, malicious downloads, or other harmful activities against website visitors.
Websites must not intentionally distribute malware, malicious redirects, credential-stealing scripts, or other harmful content.
18. Third-Party Services
CUBSYS websites may use third-party services such as payment providers, maps, domain services, hosting services, APIs, email providers, or other external platforms.
Customers must comply with the applicable terms and acceptable-use requirements of those services when using them through a CUBSYS website.
A third-party provider may suspend or restrict a service even when the CUBSYS account itself remains active.
19. Reporting Abuse
If you believe a website or account using CUBSYS is being used for illegal activity, fraud, phishing, malware, abuse, intellectual property infringement, or another serious violation of this policy, please contact us.

20. Investigation of Violations
CUBSYS may investigate suspected violations of this Acceptable Use Policy.
Depending on the circumstances, CUBSYS may:
- Request additional information.
- Request that prohibited content be removed.
- Restrict specific functionality.
- Temporarily suspend a website or account.
- Terminate a service or account.
- Preserve information where reasonably necessary for security or legal purposes.
- Report suspected unlawful activity to appropriate authorities where legally required or reasonably necessary.
21. Emergency Action
CUBSYS may take immediate action without prior notice when reasonably necessary to address:
- Active security threats
- Malware
- Phishing
- Fraud
- Significant infrastructure abuse
- Illegal activity
- Threats to other customers
- Threats to CUBSYS infrastructure
Where appropriate and legally permitted, CUBSYS may provide information about the reason for the action and the steps required to restore service.
22. Suspension or Termination
Violations of this Acceptable Use Policy may result in suspension or termination of CUBSYS services.
Suspension or termination may also occur under the circumstances described in the CUBSYS Terms of Service.
Where appropriate, CUBSYS may provide an opportunity to resolve the violation before taking further action.
However, immediate action may be taken where necessary to protect customers, infrastructure, third parties, or CUBSYS from serious harm.
23. Appeals and Reconsideration
If you believe that your website or account was suspended or restricted incorrectly, you may contact CUBSYS and request a review.
Please include:
- Your account email address
- Your website or domain, if applicable
- The action you are appealing
- Relevant information explaining why you believe the action should be reconsidered
CUBSYS will review appeals where reasonably possible and may request additional information before making a decision.
24. Changes to This Policy
CUBSYS may update this Acceptable Use Policy from time to time to reflect changes to our services, technology, infrastructure, legal requirements, or security practices.
The updated policy will include a new “Last Updated” date.
Material changes may be communicated through the CUBSYS website, platform, email, or another appropriate method.
25. Relationship to the Terms of Service
This Acceptable Use Policy forms part of the CUBSYS Terms of Service.
If you violate this policy, CUBSYS may take action under the Terms of Service, including suspension or termination of your account or services.
