Cancellation & Refund Policy
Last Updated: 17-08-2026
This Cancellation & Refund Policy explains how subscription cancellations, refunds, billing, and website service termination work for CUBSYS services.
CUBSYS (“CUBSYS”, “we”, “us”, or “our”) provides AI-powered and AI-assisted website services primarily for small businesses and local service businesses.
By purchasing a CUBSYS subscription or service, you agree to the applicable terms described in this policy, our Terms of Service, and any additional terms shown during checkout.
1. CUBSYS Subscription
The standard CUBSYS Website service is provided as a recurring subscription service.
The current standard CUBSYS Website plan is:
$29/month
The exact price, billing frequency, taxes, and applicable charges displayed at checkout will control your purchase.
The subscription may include website creation, hosting, SSL, basic maintenance, basic content updates, technical support, and other features described on the applicable CUBSYS service page.
2. How to Cancel Your Subscription
You may cancel your CUBSYS subscription using the cancellation method made available through your CUBSYS account or by contacting CUBSYS support.
To request cancellation, contact:
When requesting cancellation, please provide the email address associated with your CUBSYS account so that we can identify the applicable subscription.
3. When Cancellation Takes Effect
Recommended policy:
Cancellation stops future subscription renewals. Your current paid subscription remains active until the end of the billing period for which you have already paid, unless otherwise required by applicable law or expressly agreed by CUBSYS.
After the applicable subscription period ends, CUBSYS may stop hosting, maintaining, and providing access to the website and subscription services associated with the cancelled account.
4. Refunds for Subscription Payments
Recommended policy:
Subscription payments are generally non-refundable once a billing period has started, except where a refund is required by applicable law or expressly approved by CUBSYS.
Cancelling a subscription does not automatically create a refund for the current billing period.
Cancellation normally prevents future renewal charges while allowing the customer to continue receiving the applicable service through the end of the already-paid billing period.
5. Website Creation and Refunds
CUBSYS may begin website creation and onboarding activities after payment has been received.
These activities may include:
- Processing your onboarding information
- Preparing website structure
- Selecting or configuring a website template
- Creating website content
- Applying branding
- Generating website pages
- Preparing the website preview
- Configuring hosting
- Performing technical setup
Because website creation and technical work may begin after payment, cancellation does not automatically mean that all payments will be refunded.
Any refund relating to a website that is already being prepared, reviewed, configured, or launched will be handled according to the applicable refund rules and applicable law.
6. Website Preview and Customer Review
CUBSYS may provide a website preview before launch.
Customers are responsible for reviewing their website information, content, branding, and other details before approval.
Where customer approval is part of the CUBSYS workflow, customers should provide requested feedback within a reasonable period.
Delays caused by missing information, unavailable customer assets, delayed feedback, domain configuration, or other customer-side issues may affect the website launch timeline.
7. Refunds for Website Quality or Design Preferences
CUBSYS works to create professional websites based on the information, branding, requirements, and preferences provided by the customer.
A customer changing their mind about a design direction, color, layout, template, wording, or other subjective preference does not automatically create a right to a refund.
Where the service includes a review or revision process, customers should use that process to communicate reasonable changes and corrections.
8. Incorrect Customer Information
Customers are responsible for providing accurate business information, content, images, contact information, and other materials.
CUBSYS is not responsible for errors caused by incorrect, incomplete, outdated, or misleading information supplied by the customer.
Correcting customer-provided information may be handled through the normal website update and maintenance process.
9. Duplicate or Accidental Payments
If you believe you have accidentally made a duplicate payment, please contact CUBSYS as soon as possible.
We will review the transaction and, where appropriate, process the applicable refund or correction.
Please contact:
10. Failed or Declined Payments
If a recurring payment fails or is declined, CUBSYS or its payment provider may attempt to collect the outstanding payment according to the applicable billing process.
If payment remains unsuccessful, CUBSYS may restrict or suspend subscription services, including website hosting or maintenance, subject to applicable law and the terms of the subscription.
Customers should keep their billing information current to avoid service interruption.
11. Website Service After Cancellation
When a CUBSYS subscription ends, the services included with the subscription may also end.
This may include:
- CUBSYS hosting
- Website maintenance
- Basic content updates
- Technical support
- Included security and infrastructure services
Customers should contact CUBSYS before the subscription ends if they need information about website migration, domain configuration, content export, or another transition arrangement.
12. Domain Names After Cancellation
Domain names may be subject to separate registration and renewal arrangements.
If you own and control your domain through a third-party registrar, cancellation of a CUBSYS website subscription does not by itself transfer ownership of that domain to CUBSYS.
Customers are responsible for maintaining control of their domain registration and keeping domain registration information current.
If domain registration was purchased through or managed by CUBSYS, additional domain-specific terms may apply.
13. Third-Party Services
Some CUBSYS websites may use third-party services, integrations, software, APIs, maps, email systems, domain services, hosting infrastructure, or other external services.
Third-party services may have separate pricing, cancellation, refund, renewal, and usage policies.
CUBSYS cannot guarantee refunds for third-party services that have already been purchased or consumed unless the applicable provider permits such a refund.
14. Refund Requests
If you believe you are eligible for a refund, contact CUBSYS at:
Please include:
- Your account email address
- Order or transaction information, if available
- The reason for the refund request
- Any relevant supporting information
CUBSYS may request additional information reasonably necessary to investigate the request.
15. Refund Processing
Where CUBSYS approves a refund, the refund will generally be processed through the original payment method or payment provider, where supported.
The time required for the refunded amount to appear in your account may depend on your bank, card issuer, payment provider, or other financial institution.
CUBSYS does not control the processing time of your bank or payment provider.
16. Paddle and Payment Processing
Payments for CUBSYS services may be processed through Paddle or another authorized payment provider.
Payment providers may apply their own terms, procedures, and applicable buyer-protection requirements.
Where applicable, refunds may be subject to the payment provider’s policies as well as CUBSYS’s applicable refund policy.
17. Statutory Consumer Rights
Nothing in this Cancellation & Refund Policy is intended to remove, restrict, or override any consumer rights that cannot legally be excluded or limited under applicable law.
If applicable law gives you a mandatory right to cancel, obtain a refund, or receive another remedy, those rights will continue to apply.
18. Cancellation for Policy Violations
CUBSYS may suspend or terminate services where reasonably necessary because of:
- Fraudulent activity
- Illegal activity
- Abuse of the CUBSYS platform
- Security threats
- Material violation of the Terms of Service
- Infringement of third-party rights
- Non-payment
- Other circumstances permitted by the Terms of Service or applicable law
Refund eligibility following termination for a policy violation will depend on the circumstances, applicable agreements, and applicable law.
19. Changes to This Policy
CUBSYS may update this Cancellation & Refund Policy from time to time to reflect changes in our services, pricing, payment systems, business practices, or legal requirements.
The updated policy will include a new “Last Updated” date.
Material changes may be communicated through the CUBSYS website, platform, email, or another appropriate method.
