6. Website Review and Approval

CUBSYS may provide a website preview before publication.

You are responsible for reviewing the preview and identifying inaccurate or incorrect business information.

Where the CUBSYS workflow requires customer approval before publication, publication will occur after the applicable approval step is completed.

CUBSYS may delay publication when required information, assets, payment, domain configuration, or customer approval is missing.

The standard CUBSYS Website service includes up to 5 core pages.

The standard page allowance does not include unlimited additional marketing pages or custom website architecture.

The standard CUBSYS Website service does not automatically include:

10. Domain Names

You may connect an existing domain to your CUBSYS website where supported.

CUBSYS may assist with domain connection and DNS configuration.

Unless expressly agreed otherwise, CUBSYS does not represent that it owns your domain name.

If domain registration is purchased separately, the applicable domain registration terms and costs will apply.

Domain ownership, registration, renewal, transfer, and related policies may be subject to the terms of the applicable domain provider.


11. Hosting

Hosting is included in the standard CUBSYS Website service while the applicable subscription remains active.

CUBSYS handles the website hosting infrastructure so customers do not need to manage the underlying hosting configuration themselves.

CUBSYS does not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free availability unless such guarantee is expressly stated in a separate written agreement.


12. SSL and Security

CUBSYS includes SSL as part of the standard service.

SSL helps provide an HTTPS connection between the website and visitors.

CUBSYS takes reasonable technical measures to operate and maintain the service, but no internet-connected service can be guaranteed to be completely secure.

You retain ownership of content, materials, trademarks, logos, photographs, text, and other materials that you provide to CUBSYS (“Customer Content”), subject to the rights granted to CUBSYS under these Terms.

The applicable price, billing frequency, taxes, and other charges will be shown before purchase.

Unless otherwise stated, subscription services may continue to renew according to the billing schedule displayed at checkout.

Payment transactions may be processed through Paddle or another authorized payment provider.


20. Subscription Cancellation

Your subscription may be cancelled according to the cancellation options and terms presented at the time of purchase or through your CUBSYS account.

The effective date of cancellation, website availability after cancellation, hosting status, domain handling, and any applicable final charges will be governed by the applicable cancellation policy presented to you.

CUBSYS will not apply cancellation terms that conflict with mandatory rights provided by applicable law.


21. Refunds

Refunds are handled according to the CUBSYS Refund Policy and any applicable rights provided by law.

22. Taxes

We will not intentionally remove a material part of a customer’s paid service without reasonable consideration of the customer’s existing subscription rights and applicable law.
